Atlanta Trolley Tour Line accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, Traveler’s Checks.
We cannot accept personal checks
Tour is $29 per person. Children under 6 are free. There is no discount for AAA, Senoirs, Students, Military.
We reserve the right to have children, under 6 years of age, sit on laps of parents if seats are needed for customers.
We are closed for the following holidays: New Years Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
No refunds or exchanges
ATLANTA TROLLEY TOUR LINE, is not responsible for changes in stops due to construction, road closures, weather, traffic, special events,
Tour times, stops, routes, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Tour operators not having advance arrangements with Atlanta Trolley Tour Line LLC or through the ACVB are not entitled to a complementary tour. Please contact our sales team to arrange a tour.
The drinking of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
The use of cell phones and other similar devices is prohibited while tour is on operation.
Please remain seated throughout your tour.
Please keep all items and body parts inside the vehicle.
Rider assumes all risk and responsibility when embarking, disembarking and riding on tour vehicles.
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to secure charter and date and time of agreement.
A date will not be secured with out a deposit.
You may also pay in full.
Payment in Full:
Charter must be paid in 30 days before charter date.
Cancellations:
A charter may be cancelled with refund up to 30 days before charter date.
Cancellation less than 30 days a refund will be prorated.
If you cancel:
On 30th day a refund will be issued minus 25% fee of full charter price
3 Weeks before charter date a refund will be issued minus 50% fee of full charter price
2 weeks before charter date a refund will be issued minus a 75% fee of full charter price
Less than 2 weeks before charter date no refund is available
A credit number must be on file for all charters and private tours. This will be considered a deposit to guard against any damage to vehicles and/or Atlanta Trolley Tour Line, LLC property.
No alcohol, smoking, gum, or weapons of any type are allowed on vehicles.
All charters and Private Tours must sign contract agreement. No events will be allowed unless there is a signed agreement on file.
